Amazing Tour! You need to book this right away and I would recommend doing this the first day in any Cincy trip. We have done food tours in multiple cities around the world and this is the best! This is the 2nd time we've had the pleasure of doing a tour with Laura. This time I brought my 80 yr old parents from Colorado. They were blown away. They see Cincinatti in a whole new light. Laura brings a ton of history and paints the picture of early German immigrants - how they chose Cincinatti and the challenge in the mid 1800 Cincinatti and deftly ties it back to the current architecture, food scene, and where OTR (Over the Rhein) is going today. The food is amazing from the stuffed French Toast (My mom said was the best she has had) to the Argentinian Empanadas, Tiago pizza, then Eckerlin's Goetta and Findlay market fudge... everything was amazing and a great intro to restaurants and type of foods we ended up going back to and enjoying later on in our trip. Can't recommend this enough...do it!

We did the streetcar food tour. I'm a Cincinnati native but I learned so much about the city I've called home for decades. Our guide, Laura, was so knowledgeable and great to spend the afternoon with.I'm Gluten free and they made arrangements with all of the restaurants ahead of time. The company's communication after registering was amazing. Whether this is your first time in Cincinnati or if you've lived here forever, it's a really fun way to spend the afternoon and I'm sure you'll learn something new about Cincinnati.

Sure, our tours are filled with incredible food. But what we really love is telling the stories that make each bite meaningful—stories of our ancestors, our neighborhoods, and the traditions that built Cincinnati. We take you to places you wouldn’t find. We serve you delicious local food you wouldn’t order on your own. And we tell you things you wouldn't Google. Unlike big, franchised tours, we don't do cookie-cutter experiences. Every Riverside tour is thoughtfully crafted just for you. Come hungry. Leave connected.

Cincinnati is a vibrant city, situated on the Ohio River. Settled by German immigrants in the 1800’s, Cincinnati is known for fun, festivals, and beer. Cincinnati has distinct neighborhoods, each with its own vibe. No matter what you’re looking for, there’s something for everyone.
What is Cincinnati known for? German goetta, Cincinnati chili, and Graeter’s ice cream. Book the Cincinnati Top 10 Sites and Bites tour and enjoy all three.
Most frequent questions and answers
A lot! The amount of food varies by tour, but on most tours, you’ll enjoy tastings from 6 different stops—offering a wide variety so there’s something for everyone. Most guests leave feeling like they’ve had a full meal.
On our Cocktail and Bourbon tours, the experience is more drink-focused, with expertly crafted beverages paired alongside light snacks.
The Cincy Top 10 Sites and Bites City Tour + Streetcar is best suited for children. The tastings are quick and easy, and the tour is fast-paced, stroller and budget-friendly. We welcome families with children on all our tours!
Regarding the other tours, it depends on the child’s age and attention span, so we leave it to the parents to decide if a 3-hour walking/streetcar tour is appropriate for their child. In our experience, children 10 and older, interested in history will enjoy the tour. Children five years and younger are free, but do not receive any food. Parents may share or bring snacks. The streetcar is stroller-friendly. Children ages six and older require a ticket.
Plans change — we get it!
We offer two ticket options to give you flexibility:
Refundable Ticket
Includes a $5 fee, but gives you peace of mind. You can cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your tour for a full refund. To make changes, simply call or text 513-289-0035. After the 24-hour window, tickets are non-refundable.
Standard Ticket
This option does not include refunds or exchanges.
Yes—tours run rain or shine, hot or cold. The good news is that we’re indoors about 70% of the time, so you’ll stay comfortable for most of the experience. If the weather isn’t ideal, we do our best to minimize time spent outside.
We recommend dressing appropriately for the forecast. In the rare case of severe or dangerous weather, we’ll contact you in advance by text or email if a tour needs to be canceled, rescheduled, or refunded.
